Nathan Sherman is the best! As buyers, we were very fortunate to have Nathan as our realtor. He uses a “consultant” selling style. Rather than trying to sell us on his opinions of a property, he made us aware of issues (poor workmanship, inferior materials, potential resale pitfalls) that were not immediately apparent to us. The neighborhood is incredibly competitive and it can be quite difficult to buy a home in the area. Nathan’s knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail was very helpful in the searching and buying process. My Wife and I had gotten engaged, and we were 4 months away from getting married when we decided to start searching for our first home.
