Born and raised in Watsonville, California I’ve called California my home all my life. I’ve had the benefit of living in most of its major cities as well as some of its small towns. I moved to Sacramento in 1990 and have made it Home ever since. I retired in 2015 after a career providing strategic financial advice for large multinational corporations – most recently for the corporation which owns Robert Mondavi Winery. Needless to say, I’m a lover of all things wine!
I’ve always felt that a Home is a reflection of one’s self. Given this, providing service to a client seeking to sell their home or search for another home demands that I maximize my understanding of that client’s self.
I strive for perfection with every client. Listening to their needs and applying those needs in their search for a home, investment or buyer for their home. I strive to ensure thorough communication of expectations from both sides of my client’s transaction. Eliminating surprises and accomplishing those expectations on time and as promised is my never-ending goal.
My love of assisting others to find their dream home originated while I cared for my parents. I was introduced to the deep devotion they felt for their homes while also needing to ensure that their sale was managed in a manner which respected the multitude of needs which they required. We were blessed to find an agent which treated us as a trusted friend and always focused on us, the client, with the utmost respect. Memories of this agent have continued to serve as a model for me since I began my real estate career in 2016.
My real estate experience with my parent’s homes and later with my own purchase and sale have enabled me to fully appreciate the challenges and joys that come from buying a home as well as the goals needed to be accomplished when selling your home.
