Brandy Cooper is a Sacramento-based Realtor who loves helping people find the perfect place to call home. A graduate of Sacramento State with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, Brandy brings a natural eye for style, design, and functionality to every home she works with.
Before starting her real estate career, Brandy spent nearly a decade in property management, working throughout the Arden, Carmichael, and Rancho Cordova areas. She’s also lived all over Sacramento from Midtown, Downtown and West Sacramento; to Rosemont, and Greenhaven-Pocket. That experience gave her a deep understanding of Sacramento’s neighborhoods—and what makes each one unique.
Brandy’s background also includes time as a personal stylist at Nordstrom, where she learned how to listen closely to clients and help them discover what truly fits their lifestyle. Later, she worked with The Art Institute, presenting to high school students across the region—a role that strengthened her communication skills and passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Today, Brandy combines her love of design, local knowledge, and people-first approach to guide her clients through every step of buying or selling a home. Her goal is simple: to make the process smooth, positive, and even a little fun.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Brandy enjoying life in the Pocket area with her husband Nick, their son, and daughter. Whether it’s exploring local parks, decorating their home, or spending time with family and friends, Brandy brings the same warmth and enthusiasm to her personal life that she does to her work.
